neil laughton The Path To Peak Performance Neil Laughton is an ex-Royal Marine Officer and SAS soldier. Neil Laughtons business career has spanned many levels of the corporate ladder, from self-employed door-to-door office equipment salesman to CEO of a multi-million pound construction and property development company. Concurrently, he has organised and led many adventurous expeditions all over the world. In his talk entitled “Path to Peak Performance”, Neil will inspire members of his audience to set new challenging personal and professional goals by breaking out of their comfort zones, having self-belief, taking responsibility, embracing change, accepting and managing risk and by building strong and lasting relationships. In 2005 he was presented with the prestigious Ness Award by The Royal Geographical Society for ‘Leadership of expeditions and encouraging others to recognise their potential’.
