If you can inspire people, you will reap tremendous rewards:

  • Staff wil perform to their maximum for you
  • Customers will be loyal to you
  • Suppliers will go the extra mile for you
  • Stakeholders will back you
  • The public will act on your messsage

Inspiration is one of your most powerful tools. Are you using it to the full?

People become inspired by a moral purpose greater than themselves. It might be to fight poverty, prevent climate change, help the local community, liberate talent and enterprise, or defend the rights and freedoms of a group.

What is certain is that if you can generate a sense of shared mission to make the world a better place, you will harness enormous reserves of goodwill and creative energy.
